Placing Evelyne here is guesswork, but all the clues do point to her being in this family.
I can find no trace of Evelyne's birth, nor is she in 1871 or 1881 censii.
But, an Evelyne Annie did certainly marry in 1882 in Birmingham ...
She could have married an Arthur Ashby, but there is no later mention of an Evelyne Ashby.
In the 1891 census Evelyne Annie Old lives with her husband at Church Square, Oldbury, Staffs.
She has no occupation given but her husband is listed as a Bank Manager.
         Born: c. 1865 in Kings Heath, Worcestershire (from 1891 census ... Kings Heath is in Birmingham South !)
         Married: c. 09.1882 to George Frederick Old, registered in Birmingham.
