His wife is not listed and neither is his occupation although we know he was a "Cordwainer" (shoemaker).
The 1881 census has Edward (aged 54) living with his wife and three children at 46, Broad Street, St. George In The East.
His occupation is listed as "Boot Maker".
The 1891 census has Edward (aged 64) living with his wife, two children and a granddaughter at 46, Broad Street, St. George In The East.
His occupation is listed as "Boot Maker".
