Albert Calkin Lewis In the 1871 census, Albert is living with his wife and one child at South Villas, St.Pancras. Also living with them is Charles Wade (an Uncle), Maria Bartlett, Elizabeth Harwood & Ellen Tucker (servants). In the 1881 census, Albert is living with his wife and six children at 2, South Villas, St.Pancras. His occupation is given as "Solicitor". Also living with them is Marie Cacath (Governess) and Mary Adams, Ellen Sangan & Annie Smith (servants). In the London Gazette of 1st November 1907 there is a notice that Albert is dissolving his partnerhip with Edward John Stokes of Calkin, Lewis and Stokes solicitors of 2, Stone-buildings, Lincoln's-Inn, London. As Albert would be 66, it may have been his time for retirement. In 1913 Albert is listed in a trade directory as living at Dundyvan, Westerham, Kent.
