Following the children below are a few of them. After Juliana's death in 1845, Dennis re-married on 13th February 1846 to Caroline Maria Smith. Note that on official documents Dennis can be seen spelt as Dennes, Denis and Dennis. |

From the Gazette dated 28th July 1843:
DENNIS ETIENNE VICTOR GOURIET, at present, and for twelve months past, residing at 13a, Great Randolph-street, Camden-town, in the parish of
Saint Pancras, in the county of Middlesex, Dancing Master, do hereby give notice, that I intend to present a Petition to the Court of Bankruptcy, Basinghall-street,
praying to be examined touching my debts, estate, and effects, and to be protected from all process, upon making a full disclosure and surrender of such estate
and effects, for payment of my just and lawful debts; and I hereby further give notice, that the time, when the matter of the said Petition shall be heard, is to be advertised
in the London Gazette and in the Morning Chronicle Newspaper, one month at the least after the date hereof: As witness my hand, this 24th day of July, in the year of our Lord 1843.
From the Gazette of 5th September 1843:
WHEREAS a Petition of Dennis Etienne Victor Gouriet, of No. 13 A, Great Randolph-street, Camdentown, in the parish of Saint Pancras, and county of Middlesex,
Dancing Master, having been filed in the Court of Bankruptcy, and the interim order for protection from process having been given to the said Dennis Etienne Victor Gouriet,
under the provisions of an Act of Parliament, passed in the Parliament holden in the fifth and sixth years of the reign of Her present Majesty, entitled
"An Act for the relief of insolvent debtors," the said Dennis Etienne Victor Gouriet is hereby required to appear in Court before Robert George Cecil Fane, Esq. the Commissioner
acting in the matter of the said Petition, on the llth day of September instant, at eleven o'clock in the forenoon precisely, at the Court of Bankruptcy, in Basinghall Street,
in the city of London, for tne purpose of being then and there examined touching his debts, estate, and effects, and to be further dealt with according to the provisions
of the said Act. All persons indebted to the said Dennis Etienne Victor Courier, or that have any of his effects, are not to pay or deliver the same but to Mr. William
Whitmore, No. 2, Basinghall-street, the Official Assignee, nominated in that behalf' by the Commissioner acting in the matter of the said Petition.

In the Matter of the Petition of Dennis Etienne Victor Gouriet, of No. 13a, Great Randolph-Street, Camdentown, in the parish of Saint Pancras,
in the county of Middlesex, Dancing Master. NOTICE is hereby given, that Robert George Cecil Fane, Esq. the Commissioner acting in the matter of this Petition,
will proceed to make a Final Order thereon, at the Court of Bankruptcy, Basinghall-etreet, London, on Saturday the 28d day of September instant, at two o'clock
in the afternoon precisely, unless cause be then and there shown to the contrary.
